The Viet Cong guerrilla forces here are reproduced in a typical mix of ad hoc uniform and civilian clothing and bearing a hotchpotch of small arms of Soviet and Chinese source. Established as early as late 1960, the role of the Viet Cong was to conduct a guerrilla campaign and to foment insurgency in the South and this they did thereafter throughout the long years of the war. Whilst on the subject of our Vietnam war range, we have plans to produce a number of armoured vehicles for the conflict next year so watch this space for further Vietnam war series releases.
