General Policy

 
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the world using the shipping method of your choice.  When you order using our online system, you can select the method of shipment that best suits you.   We currently have UPS for international and US/Canada domestic as well as USPS International linked into our system to provide real time shipping rates.   If you would prefer a different shipping method, please specify this via email or in the text box provided for special instructions during the checkout process.  If we can accomodate you, we certainly will. 

Please note that all orders are non-refundable and non-exhangeable.  Once we ship an order, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges.   Please be sure to read our complete Return Policy prior to ordering. 

COVID Pandemic Update
International Shipments are running extremely slow during the Pandemic.   Please be patient.  They can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months to be delivered depending on country and restrictions in place.

Sale Figures
Figures part of any sale requiring replacement will only be sent with your NEXT order.   We will not ship a figure that was sold on sale to you if it is damaged until you place your next order. 

Clearance FIgures
Clearance figures are sold heavily discounted and do not have any warranty.   They are sold as is and no replacements will be provided for damage.  


Free Shipping

We offer Free Shipping by UPS Ground within the Continental USA for all orders over $200 USD.
We offer Free International Shipping by USPS Priority Mail (excluding TER pieces which will be charged for shipping) for orders over $1000 USD.   

China Customers
We do ship to mainland China, however, customers should be aware that we are not responsible for customs issues and if the figures are returned to us you will have to pay to have them reshipped to you.   We will not refund an order because of issues with China customs, so by placing an order online you accept this term.    China customs can be unpredictable and we simply cannot refund orders that have issues with China customs.  

 

Figure Damage and Replacement

 
If you receive any figure that has damage to it requiring a replacement, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the defective product and we will send you a new figure at no charge to yourself (exception:  on sale figures will only be sent with your next order).   We want to make sure that you are absolutely satisfied with your purchase.  However, please do contact us within 10 days of receiving the products in order to receive a replacement. 

Unwarranted Figures

You confirm that you understand that when a figure is marked as being sold "Unwarranted" that there is no warranty on the figure and if it arrives to you damaged, it will not be replaced.  

 

Pre-Order Shipping Policy

 
As we begin to release more products and have more overlapping pre-order start and ship dates, we want to make you aware of the following policies:
 
1.  If you place a single order containing figures from two different pre-orders, please be aware of the ship dates of each.  The actual ship date will be the date that the last item in your order becomes available.    Thus, if you want your figures as soon as they become available, we strongly recommend that you order figures from different pre-orders or with different ship dates in separate orders unless you are that rare breed of collector who doesn't mind waiting. 
 
 2.  If you are paying with a credit card, we will not process your card for the pre-order until the order is ready to ship.  If you are paying via paypal through our ecommerce system, please note that payment is taken immediately as we cannot control the paypal payment option.   
 
 3.  If you would prefer your international pre-order to be charged immediately rather than waiting for the figures to ship because of favorable exchange rates, please add a comment to your order to that effect during the check out process.  Otherwise, we won't charge your card until your order is ready to ship.
 
4.  Please note that ship dates for pre-order items are best guess estimates and it is possible for the ship date to slip due to reasons beyond our control.

International Duty
