As First Legion toy soldiers and historical miniatures are collector's products, all sales are final and no refunds or exchanges or offered or provided.  In the unlikely event that you received defective goods, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the products and we will issue you a replacement.  Please note that you must contact us within 10 days.  After this 10 day period, we will no longer provide replacements. 

 

Should a package be sent to you with products other than those that were ordered, please Contact Us  immediately and we will provide further instructions to return the product and have the correct product shipped out to you.  In this highly unlikely event, we will ship out the correct item at no additional charge and will issue you a credit voucher for the cost of shipping the product back to us.
