You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the world using the shipping method of your choice.  When you order using our online system, you can select the method of shipment that best suits you.   We currently have UPS as well as USPS tied into our system.   If you would prefer a different shipping method, please specify this via email or in the text box provided for special instructions during the checkout process.  If we can accomodate you, we certainly will. 

 

 

If you receive any figure that has damage to it requiring a replacement, please contact us immediately and we will send you a new figure at no charge to yourself.   We want to make sure that you are absolutely satisfied with your purchase. 

 

1.  If you place a single order containing figures from two different pre-orders, please be aware of the ship dates of each.  The actual ship date will be the date that the last item in your order becomes available.    Thus, if you want your figures as soon as they become available, we strongly recommend that you order figures from different pre-orders or with different ship dates in separate orders unless you are that rare breed of collector who doesn't mind waiting.  However, please be advised that it is possible for a ship date to slip due to unforseen reasons (such as the US customs debacle on the Westphalian Jaegers) on one of the pre-orders thus pushing the ship date back for all of the figures in your order.   So, we repeat, we really recommend that you order figures with different ship dates in different orders unless you don't mind waiting for them. 

2.  If you order figures in different pre-orders with different ship dates, your entire order will be charged as soon as the first figures in your pre-order become available.  We normally don't charge credit card orders until they are ready to ship, but this is an exception to that as we are a small company and it's difficult for us to split orders for billing purposes and charging your order for available figures is the only way to hold them once they are available.

3.  With the massive currency fluctuations of late, if you would prefer your international pre-order to be charged immediately rather than waiting for the figures to ship because of favorable exchange rates, please add a comment to your order to that effect during the check out process.  Otherwise, we won't charge your card until your order is ready to ship.

Please note that we will always try to meet our customers requirements and will do our best to work with you should an unforseen situation come out.  However, our primary message is that you are best off ordering products from different pre-orders in individual orders to avoid any delays in shipping.  Thanks!

 

 

All items will be shipped out from our warehouse in Addison, TX and all shipment calculations are based on zip code 75001 as the shipment starting point.

 

Please do not ask us to falsify customs forms.  Unfortunately, we can't and won't do that.  The buyer is responsible for any and all duty that is charged by their particular country for purchasing items from the US.
