You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the world using the shipping method of your choice.  When you order using our online system, you can select the method of shipment that best suits you.   We currently have UPS as well as USPS tied into our system.   If you would prefer a different shipping method, please specify this via email or in the text box provided for special instructions during the checkout process.  If we can accomodate you, we certainly will. 

 

If you choose a shipping method that cannot be tracked, please note that you will bear the responsibility of the item in transit.   Thus, we recommend using UPS for all orders.   We realize that, for international orders in particular, this can be a bit more expensive.   However, though we will ship international orders using non trackable services from the US Postal System, we cannot be held responsible if the order doesn't arrive.   Our experience says that the US Postal System is reliable and a bit less expensive, however, we have no way of knowing what your local postal system is like and thus cannot bear the responsibility of orders shipped via USPS except through their trackable services and even then only up to the point where it is handed off to your local postal carrier.  Forewarned is forearmed as they say. 

 

 

All items will be shipped out from our warehouse in Addison, TX and all shipment calculations are based on zip code 75001 as the shipment starting point.

 

Please do not ask us to falsify customs forms.  Unfortunately, we can't and won't do that.  The buyer is responsible for any and all duty that is charged by their particular country for purchasing items from the US. 

 

 

Starting with set Napoleon's Europe set NAP0019 and up and for all 40mm historical miniatures sets, we will begin maintaining a limited amount of inventory in Asia and Russia to serve customers in the region.   As our automated shipping calculations only work for shipping from the US, please email us at sales@firstlegionltd.com to get rates for shipping information from Asia and Russia.   This will save our Asian and Russian customers a significant amount in shipping costs and delivery times.
